I led design for high-stakes flows across acquisition, betting, account, and responsible gaming — working closely with Product, Engineering, and compliance to translate complex rules into interfaces users could navigate with confidence.
Role & Approach
Owned UX strategy for key product areas, mentored designers, and partnered on experimentation and research. Emphasized design systems, documentation, and tight iteration loops with engineering so we could ship safely at velocity.
