My current work is unreleased so I can’t share visuals but am happy to talk through it during an interview. Thanks!
I lead an eleven person design team across multiple divisions (Online, Retail, and Canada) within FanDuel Sportsbook. My team sits across multiple locations in the US, UK, and Portugal.
Sportsbook Online - I lead our team to iterate and innovate on the #1 sportsbook in America. We work closely with product and engineering teams to create viable solutions that align with agreed upon timelines and address problems our customers are having or create new capabilities that no other sportsbook currently has.
• Sportsbook Retail - We work with our hardware and development partners to ensure an exceptional end to end experience for our customers in our physical Sportsbook locations. We are responsible for the design of our kiosks, odds boards, backend systems, and other digital experiences within the locations. We work with research, location managers, ops, and commercial to understand the full service design and how our experiences can impact our customers.
• Sportsbook Canada - We launched in Canada in Q2 of 2022. We have worked closely with research to better understand our customers and where we diverge the experience from our U.S. based customers. We strive to create an experience that makes us the #1 sportsbook in Canada.

For each project, I conduct discovery sessions with business partners. I coordinate with the Research team to perform and analyze user research. I then architect and design products and features that serve our internal associates, external vendors and our customers.
I work with our internal UX team to utilize THD Design Systems. I also collaborate with the dedicated design system team on component updates.
I collaborate with Home Services UX and Enterprise UX teams to provide peer reviews and presentations.

I led a team of 4 product designers to design the subscription video product for Circle Media. This project is aimed at Country music and lifestyle fans. I designed the product across 5 platforms including Responsive Web, iOS, Android, Apple TV, and Roku. I constructed and defined a design system to keep design elements consistent across all platforms and devices.
I also led branding efforts for this product as well as a digital production called Circle Sessions.
The Problem: Create a pandora-life personalization feature to serve users the video content they care about.

The CN App for Connected Devices (Apple TV, Roku, etc.) is our most successful edition of the app in terms of time spent per user. We worked with third party vendors directing the design and UX in order to translate our mobile experience to a remote-based interface. Users spend almost 1.5 hours per visit.
We are currently analyzing where behaviors differ from our mobile app. We will then refactor and design even more specifically for this platform in order to optimize the experience for these users.
I designed and architected the launch version of the Boomerang SVOD product. I worked with Warner Bros. on the the content hierarchy and organization and did multiple rounds of research to really understand the audience. I worked across 6 different companies to architect the experience and make sure all systems talked to each other properly.
While I was only at IHG for a short stint I redesigned and rearchitected the reservation process and flow across all of IHG’s brands. This has been successful and while the visual design has been updated much of the information architecture and flow remain as I designed it.
